Lil’ Ronnie is the owner of Lil’ Ronnies’ Beachside BBQ & Taste Of Tofino. He grew up cooking for a family on the East Coast. Now he has turned his passion for cooking for friends & family into a career. Specializing in cooking and organizing large events and wood-fired BBQ, he’s sure to make your dinner one not soon to be forgotten.

He sure made a splash when he migrated over to the island just a mere five years ago. After guiding several Tofino restaurants to greatness (including the former Ice House!), Executive Chef Raphael Ouellet found his home at Lil’ Ronnie’s. Known for his attention to detail and eclectic taste, this firecracker oversees menu innovation and event catering for all occasions. When he’s not in the kitchen, Chef Raph can be found foraging in the woods or on the water enjoying an ice-cold Lucky!
